I could probably make you one, especialy as you say "any kind of midi 
data" I'd put up a 128 bin fft, have a envelope follower for each bin 
which would trigger random notes with aftertouch...

Probably nothing anybody (including me) had ever heard before... ;-)

But if you believe you could feed the Brandenburg concerto of Bach into 
a plug and expect it to convert it to proper mididata which would play 
along..., pretty hard...

You could automatically transcribe monophonic lines to a certain extent, 
it's much less fun than "any kind of midi data" though... ;-)
