Then let Mr Jobs allow his service to carry MP3 files.  Simple really, 
much 
simpler than everyone producing sound files being required to march in a 
jackboot step together just to accommodate his personal interests, and 
[gasp!] MP3s don't provide Jobs with a monopolistic control over the 
format. 
Somehow I don't think he'll ever do such a thing.
