No!  Doesn't bother me a bit.

Non-tempered tunings, while usually not as flexible when it comes to  
modulation and complex harmonies, none-the-less yield results of  
intense beauty.

Some great music that explores harmony and unequal temperament has  
been written -- Wendy Carlos' "Beauty in the Beast" comes to mind.
