for an access of that param you need sys-ex and you are lucky because I 
ages 
ago I wrote a GR-30 editor for Soundiver
so I can find the definitive answer for you!
unfortunately you'll have to wait untill I go back to my studio where all 
this is in the computer.(monday)

but I guess if you dont have any means to send Sys-ex to the gr-30 you are 
stuck
pc1600X is excellent for this type of tweaks
