Relofter is a Wave Looper/Mangler.
It can Record from Audio Input (when Record Button is on) or Load Audio Files from Disk via Drag and Drop.

kluppe, under linux  http://kluppe.klingt.org/

kluppe is a loop-player and recorder, designed for live use.

also Audiomulch includes both the Livelooper and Canonlooper contraptions, but perhaps you only want standalone looping software?
