when i upgraded from 4 to 5, i found that i actually lost some audio 
processing capabilities. a song with 10 channels and about 30efx units 
plays fine in 4, but the same song crawls to a halt and stutters in 5. 
be warned. also, it's impossible to go back - once you save a song in 
live 5 format it's impossible to go back to 4.
