repair Headrush E1?

My Akai Headrush E1 looper pedal recently developed an annoying
malfunction: the clean signal is gone, but is captured in the loop. I can
loop, I can overdub the loop, I can start and stop the loop, but the clean
signal is gone. If I switch it to the non-loop functions, the clean signal
is still gone. I opened it up and didn't see any loose wires. Any
suggestions of where I might send it for repair?

best,
Steve B
