Hi Luis,

I have one (not the V2, an earlier model) to enhance the low end of a 
synth.  The Kosmos will NOT be suitable for making your guitar sound 
like a bass.  This is not its designed function.  It's an enhancer.  I 
imagine that the OC-3 would be more suitable for your purpose.
