Vortex "Fractal" algorithm (was: fractal loops)

While we're at it, the Vortex algorithm "Fractal" can do just that -
generate Fractals.

The algorithm is basically two delays in series, with both the first and
the
second delay fed back to the first delay's input.

Not let's say both delays are set to the same length (ECHO1=ECHO2, let's
set
it to 1), and the total feedback (FEEDBACK1) is >1. Now by setting the
feedback mix (FEEDBACK2) to an in-between-value, the input of the echo
chain
is fed by a mix of the output of the first half of the delay chain and the
output of the end of the chain.

Sometimes, effects manufacturers name their presets for a reason!
