Linux MIDI-OX?

I'm hoping maybe someone on here knows of a Linux solution to the Windows program MIDOX. I need to translate incoming MIDI program changes into other MIDI data and send it back out in realtime. Anyone? Hopefully something with a built in sequencer as well, albeit a simple one.
