I know this sounds crazy (but it might just work!), but why not get a full range pa style speaker of good quality and use a good preamp or amp modeler before it? This way you'll be able to get good electric guitar, bass, acoustic and synths all from one speaker. Lighten your load a bit too as some of them, like the Mackie's are a bit lighter than a full on guitar combo amp. I can understand having a nice amp for home/studio work but in todays topsy turvy world if you don't have a roady I don't see the point in lugging one around. Also, as sad as it may be, I doubt your audience would notice the difference in most situations (except for those on this list) --- Krispen Hartung <khartung@cableone.net> wrote: > I know it's off topic, but for those loopers out > there using acoustic guitars like myself, are you > using amps (not PA), and if so what? __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
