it's not that, maybe it's a ground loop. try lifting the ground by using a
3-prong-to-2-prong adapter.

have you tried kicking it? sounds like mains hum..... maybe
the power transformer has loose windings...... I'm assuming this is acoustic
noise.
tap it gently with y'r best foot-controller foot forward, on
the top near where the mains lead goes in.
