BECKS que onda guero

Just got the new Beck album very cool as always with
vintage "pet sounds" harmonies and cool fuzz guitar
tones but the on that keeps creeping in most Becks
album is that filer sound like the one in "whose that
lady" by the isley brothers is there a reissue of that
efx?
