I did adjust it on day one there is only so, much you can adjust on any 
card
that exists.
The intended usage effects how latency will impact you I haven't had any
issue but, I could very well have just gotten used to compensating. It 
can't
be too much compensating otherwise I might have been bothereed by it. Motu
828 I know little of I went PCI to obtain as little latency as I could
manage I haven't got that much faith in any external devices.

If you've never touched it, then you should definitely check it out.  It
could probably be lowered.

Latency is a perceptual problem.  If you can't perceive it, then it's not a
problem.  It bothers some people though.

What is CompUSA?  Do they sell MOTU 828s?
