reporting nice looping show this Saturday afternoon near Paris

Hello list,

Francois (see below) gave us a great looping show this afternoon in 
Courbevoie.

There was a guitar event featuring lots of players in various styles,
as well as a guitar makers exhibit.
Francois started his set with 3 pieces on his 6 nylon strings Takamine,
then changed tuning (6th string down to very low C, and 5th down to G),
and played 2 more compositions of his.

After that, he started playing his Chapman Stick, and ...
I lost track because I was just listening and trying to understand
how he can manage to play this strange sort of guitar !

After a few tunes, he switched back to the 6 strings,
and gave some explanations about looping,
demonstrating the overdubbing of different parts on the Repeater
and playing something with this background.

The whole set lasted something like 45 minutes I think
and he used his Repeater on most tunes.

That was a great show, very nice to have some live looping
here and to meet Francois himself.

Francois, please, the next time you play somewhere, let us(me) know.
