asychronous loops (and the Clavia G2)

Has anyone here checked the Clavia Nord Modular G2 for its looping
capabilities? For the original Nord Modular, the no-loop factor was the
limited delay RAM, which they have as I understand it increased in the G2.
However, neither the manual nor the editor offer information as to the
maximum available delay time. There is 2.7s per module, but no info how
many
modules you can chain, alas.

But IF the available number of 2.7s delays is at least somewhere in the
numbers ~10, this would make the G2 (among other things) a super-flexible
looper, including the possibility to preprogram operation macros, include
other effects, synthesizers, step sequencers - you name it!

So, experiences anybody?
