Re: EDP Repairs?

So I checked the loopers' archive (should have done that first) and learned
that Shane Radtke is not only technical support, but also handles repairs.
Makes sense, though that it isn't always the case. For anyone interested,
the email address, shane.radtke@gibson.com, linked to on the Gibson EDP+
contact info page, is NO LONGER valid. My emails sent to that address were
returned as undeliverable. The new email address is
shane@britishaudioservice.com. Thanks to those who responded. I'm still
hoping that I'm just screwing something up, and don't actually have to get
my EDP+ repaired, but from everything I've heard, Shane is definitely The
Man if I do have a hardware problem. I've been calling daily for a week,
but
I've got some new numbers to try and I'm feeling lucky. I'm not slamming
the
guy. I can only imagine the volume of calls he must get while he's actually
trying to repair something. I would have the ringer off, and the rest of
the
phone in pieces by a wall.
Michael
