One option not mentioned, but perhaps not to your tastes, is to build a
rack mount PC or Mac housing a Korg Oasys, which can perform most of
your needs in a single patch, and yes, at zero (acoustically negligable)
latency .  It might be hard getting hold of a card now though as they
are no longer in production.  Obviously, this suggestion really depends
on your tolerance for hardware construction and willingness to depend on
an onstage PC.  Plus side is hard disk recording, optional adat for
multiple bus and a host of very clean highly modulatable effects.
