you could use the repeater to do this.
you will get some glitching from the time stretch
algorithm, but it shouldn't change pitch.
using a repeater as a delay is a bit overkill, though.

this makes me think that some of the more high end 
multifx boxes (eventide orville maybe) could also do it...
