Kim claims that Loop IV doesn't interfere with the old functions of the
software and for the most part this is true . . . Steve Ginn has a PMC-10 
so
I would say, go for Loop IV--anyone with a good MIDI foot controller can 
get
a lot of mileage out of the new OS.  And after all, visual display of the
Feedback and Volume is worth the price of admission alone!
