The Behringer FCB1010 isn't a great controller by any means.
But it'll dig deep into Loop4 for you.
And its incredibly cheap 
Around Ł100 GBP, 
and for you in the US, a retail of $179.99

....but you're quite right, all the really good stuff gets
discontinued
