I believe it is too -- but only in "distribution" in Europe.
It can be ordered from ECM directly (if you can figure 
out how to make payment in deutsche marks). The
folks at SongSearch either found a copy in somebody's
inventory somewhere here in the US or ordered it 
themselves from ECM. I suspect the latter.
