*** Yes they do.  I just got my card (Simpletech 128) yesterday, spent
two hours trying to make it work (in vain), and then emailed Electrix.
They quickly responded and suggested that I mail it to them.  Don't
buy Simpletech cards, although Electrix explicitly recommends them.
