Dan, try audiograbber. It seems to work pretty well. Music Match it's the hippest that I've seen, it makes mp3>wav, wav > mp3, catalogues titles from it's own online database for free. Oh yeah, it's also about twice as fast as audiograbber or MP3 Compreeor.
